About the KS JAPANESE WORKSHOP

My name is Kaori Stansall

Konnichiwa! My name is Kaori and I am a Japanese language teacher. I was born and raised in Chiba, Japan. Since 2001, I have moved to the UK and I have taught Japanese in primary schools, University, workshops and in private lessons. Private lessons are available, either face to face or online.

I have met so many wonderful people and have learned that a lot of people are interested in what Japan has to offer. I believe that people discovered the culture first and then they started learning the language. Over the years, my views have changed and I would like to introduce my country's special culture which I have gathered is fundamental in understanding the language.

With this space, I encourage you to get in touch with the Japanese culture by yourself via my workshop and pursue your interest in Japan and Japanese culture.

We offer six exciting options.

As an example, If you choose the Japanese Language & Songs workshop, you will be acquainted with the Japanese language. If you choose the Origami and Yukata wearing experience you will gain expertise in traditional culture. You can mix all of them for a day or choose only one to deeply grasp.
