Cancellation Policy

As a small business we have a non-refundable policy to ensure that our costs are covered, and the ongoing viability of our workshops are protected. Bookings are confirmed with full payment. We can transfer your booking to another or similar workshop, if you requested “transferring your booking “ more than 7 days of the workshop. We will make every effort to ensure that your creative experience goes ahead on the confirmed date and time. However, should unforeseen conditions arise, an alternative date or time will be offered, or a full refund will be given.
